Hi, I was just wondering if being a transgender is a naturally born thing or if it takes surgery because I was taking some survey for sex ed and one of the gender choices was transgender. :confused:

Transgender is often classes as a sexuality, ever here of LGBT clubs? Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender.

It is a case where you are born say male but don't feel like your born with the right gender like your gender in your mind does not match what gender you have. It is often classed as a sexual orientation but it is not really accurate.

Transsexual is when you get your sex surgically changed.

Funny I always confused the two terms and thought they were the same, but now it makes sense.
