Bingeing

For the past few days I have been bingeing. My grades at school aren't that great, I can't get over the guy that I like, and I just feel fat :( I know I should exercise and try to eat healthier but it's just easier to eat your feelings away. This year I have gained almost 10 pounds :( I'm so fat..

If you don't mind me asking, what is your current age and weight? The problem with emotionally linked bingeing/eating disorders is that they are often caused by an unhealthy/unrealistic views of oneself.

Thats not good I would try to talk to someone to help. You can get real sick from that. Its very bad for you and your body.

I will be 16 in september and I weigh 137 pounds. I really need to work on my eating habits, it's either I'm not eating or eating a lot.

@xYZ: Okay, so looking at the issue realistically is really helps because I need you to know that you are not fat. Very beautiful, I'm sure. I was through a similar stage when I was younger, and one day i decided that enough was enough and started to work out and try to stay in shape. The external is rarely important, but, in the case of binging it is very important that the person has an accurate and hopeful image for themselves.
