Is it just me, or have Sport Cars kinda gone away?
Late 90's and Early 2000's almost every company had one.
We had the Super, 240sx, Fiero, Celica, RX-7, Eclispe, Integra, NSX, Talon, SC2, S2000, and more.
We still have a few, but it seems not as many anymore. Muscle Cars recently made a come back with new designs, do you think sports cars will too?

I don't think of the Mustang, Camaro, and Challenger as muscle cars any more. The actually drive rather well in every aspect, where as real muscle cars can go fast in a straight line and thats that.
I also feel that sports cars should be anything except front wheel drive.
So we have the Mustang, Camaro, Challenger, Subaru BRZ/Scion FRS/Toyota GT86, Mazda Miata, BMW Z4, BMW 3-series, low-end Chevy Corvette, and Hyundai Genesis Coupe.

I don't think so. You have Ferrari, Lamborghini, Porsche, Jaguar F- Type, BMW M cars, Mercedes AMG cars, Audi RS cars, Lexus LFA and so many more.

Lambos, Ferraris, (most) Porches, and the LFA are all super cars, not sports cars.

sports cars are still popular:
- Mazda MX5
- BMW M3
- Focus RS
- Porsche Boxter/Cayman
- BMW Z4
- C63 AMG
- SLK-class and SL-class
- Audi TT/TTS
.......................
There're tons of them. Especially where I live. And they all look quite good. (except for the Porsche's. they have no design. )

Yeah, but there doesn't seem to be as many of them now. It seems it's more...limited.
Also..The MX-5 isn't a Sports Car. Not really..The ability is far lacking. I'll even add in he Scion FR-S(I think that's the righ one..).
It just seems that to me, Sports Cars aren't as common as they were in the Late 90's early 2000's.

Thats because in the late 90s and early 2000s there was nowhere near as much focus on the economy and gas efficiency. Cars now have to be sold as efficient to get people to buy them, as most people don't just buy a car for fun anymore.

I DISAGREE!
:D
Lambos, Ferraris, and Porsches are sports cars except:
The aventador, the sesto elemento, the LFA, the f12 Berlinetta, and the "Turbo" Porsches. (I consider these to be supercars)
But stuff like Gallardos and 458s and lower end 911 Porsches I still consider to be sports cars.
Hypercars = McLaren P1 and F1, Enzo, Pagani, Koenigsegg, LaFerrari, Veneno, Bugatti, etc.
