Right so i'm 5"4 and about 112lb. I really want to loose 7lb.

I'm eating healthily, trying to eat fruit and stuff rather than chocolate and I went running the other day.

What i'm asking what is the optimum times a week that I should go running?

Running along with a proper diet is best way to lose weight.

What you're doing is the best way to lose the weight. It may take time though. Oh by the way, you're at a perfectly healthy weight for 5' 4". Don't feel like you need to lose the weight!

Looking at your age, weight, and height you seem pretty normal. You don't want to look like a pile of bones. But if you need to then eat less carbs like rice and lesser meats

Calorie deficit. Eat healthy food, while eating a LITTLE bit less then what you usually eat. Run three times a week
