Small balls

Hey guys.Is is normal at 14 years old,when you go out(even if there are 23 C degrees outside),your balls to come so close to your body and feel like a 10 year boy:D?I don't think so.I think that my testicles are not proportional with my penis.Are they ever going to grow?

Your testicles move to regulate their internal temperature... It has nothing to do with age.
Also, Walking out into 23 degree heat wont necessarily mean they will immediately drop as far away from your body as possible, then the minute you go inside they will close up again. Its all to do with your body temperature... not the environmental temperature.

As for the second part of your question... I don know what size you are, but testicles usually grow early in the stages of puberty; and on average they are about 2-3" in length by the end of it. They may seem smaller than they actually are at some points.

Mine are smallish and hang really close to me, not matter how warm it is outside. I do notice that they drop when I am really really sweaty form running or working outside. Like someone said its related to body temp, and so much room temp

How far out they are is entirly dependant on body temp. Our core (innermost) body temp should be 37C, balls are at 35C, hence the fact they hang where they do. If a warm room leads to sweating, they will eventually loosen.
Dont worry about size, they will grow.

I have pretty average maybe small balls. They are definently not large and swollen like I wish they were.
