I'm about the same size as well (4" and 8" soft and hard respectively). The average for an adult is the max at 5.9", so we're the lucky ones and are above average. Enjoy it! :)

There isnt really an average as such for 13 because people develop at different speeds. Some 13 year olds are already really big and developed, then others (like me) are still waiting to start puberty and haven't grown.

You're well above the average for a full grown adult male though, congrats.

Agreed!! I call bullshit as well. No 13 year old is even near 8 inches. When i was 13 i was like 3.5 to 4 inches hard... But now I'm like 8 Hard at almost 17.

Well to tell truth, i can't believe that there are lot of 13 yo guys with 8 in. penises. One from 10.000 may be. So when one says 'i have a 8-incher' and than another says 'i'm same'... i think at least one of them is liar. It's almost impossible.
I'm 13 and i've seen not much guys of my age naked and i've seen them with only soft penises. I can't imagine that anybody of them would be more than 6 in. hard. That's why i don't believe in all that stories about 13 years old boys with 8 in. penises.

That's above average for a fully developed adult male so unless you started puberty early -- it's quite rare to be that big at 13 or even 15. Truthfully -- a penis that could either be too big for sex with many female or could scare a female away.
