So, my friend Emily and I were talking today, and she told me she was worried about her weight. I assured her that she's fine, but I honestly don't know. I was just trying to make her feel better. She's thirteen, about five foot tall, and weighs six stone or 84 pounds. I checked her in the BMI calculator from the sticky and it said 16.4. Now, honestly, she eats enough. She just doesn't weigh much, she's really skinny. Like, I've had skinny friends than her, but I really care about her so any thoughts would be great lads. Thanks :)

Firstly, don't trust bmi calculators. I'm 5. 2" and they say I'm close to overweight. They're not the best. Secondly, it sounds like your friend just has a very good metabolism (I'm jealous) and is feeling a little self conscious. If she's eating good amounts I don't see a problem, just assure her she's fine and she doesn't need to loose weight. If your really worried if she looses weight just try to encourage her to eat more :) hope she's okay and hope this helped x
