Let puberty take its place. Lets see you have like 7 years left so imagine how much growing that'll occur. You're normal. Don't worry about it. Growing usually happens 14-16 too.

if you have pubes already, that means the rest will follow soon (penis growth, height growth, voice, ...), so dont worry, even though some of your friends started before you, you're normal ;)

Dude, don't sweat too much about it. Its puberty, I don't have pubes, I'm about the same size as yours, and I'm sure we will grow up.

Don't worry about it. You're only 13 which gives you like 8 years to grow. Plus you've got pubes which are one of the first signs of the start of penis growth etc. so dont sweat it. And your pit hair will also come soon- but dont worry if it doesnt come in for a while, some dont have any till their 20 or so, but usually it's around late 14's/early 15's that it starts to grow, and not a notorious amount until end 15's or even later.
