ok so i was layin in my bed and was masterbaiting and hwen i went to sit up there was a 10/10 (on the hurt scale) sting in the back of my ball sack is that normal help

Was it in your scrotum? Your testicles are in there, not your prostate (it's near your bladder). If you felt a sharp pain in your scrotum, then it was probably some weird reaction to something you were doing (abdominal squeezing?).

no it was outside and it felt behind and above my scrotum
