i no this has nothing to do with puberty but hear me out my friend told me to sqeeze my chin in a cup shape as hard as i could and now theres a bruise and for 2 days now and have thsi embaresing bruise on my chin have any of had this done to because i'm not sure if this is perminate and he said it lasted 10 mins

This has never happened to me, just sounds like a normal bruise. It should go away in a few days just like any other bruise.

Congratulations, you did a stupid, pointless thing and got a bruise. Just so you know, bruising means you've broken the blood vessels under the skin, and it's gonna take more than two days to fade, depending on how hard you squeezed. Try not to do that again, it's pretty idiotic.

Yup its just a plain old everyday bruise. the thing that stinks about bruises is they can take awhile to go away.
