hi, my name is shannon and i have suffered with self harm for about a year now...i have come to realise how much people do not understand just how hard it is...as a result of this i would like to make a video informing people and letting people know just how much we have to go through! So my question is, could you send me any pictures or a personal video message or anything that i could put into a video...its your choice!
