Has anyone else had a traumatic event n their life that they just can't let go of? Like when I was 9 I was in car crash, 4 years later and I still cry myself to sleep about it, hearing them scream and shout.

You mean like a PTSD? I sorta have the same thing from the time when I was bullied. I still have nightmares about it.

This is one of my biggest problems. I dwell on the past and I just can't let it go. And in my case, it's stuff that I'll probably never talk about. I don't even think it has to be PTSD, because even in my case, it wasn't really traumatic. It might be, or it might just be stuff that happened that's just terrifying to let go of. So traumatic or not, the past is just something I can't let go of, and it does hurt me.

I can never go somewhere where I'm liable to fall. I've had countless incidents with dangerous falls, if even just leap frogging and landing square on the back of my head with a concussion. Whenever I get stuck in a situation, I start to pale and become a bit paralyzed.

I'm not sure if this really counts, but I've had 5 people very close to me pass in the span of just 2 months. Every time I wake up, I always, always, always hope that my loved ones will be awake with me. It affects me, but life is short for a reason; To challenge yourself to do as many things as possible, in such a short time. I dwell on the past too, but I always try to make my future bright, so I have something good to dwell on. :bulb:

When I was 9 (I think) I saw my grandpa get crushed to death by his truck.

Also, when I was 15, at the beach in Florida, a plane crashed in the ocean and exploded.

When I was 6 my grandpa had a stroke and collapsed right in front of me.
From when I was 12 till now I've been in a really abusive relationship.
