Im 13 and i really want to get abs, How do you get abs? Do you have abs? and i have been doing crunches, sit ups and a few others for about 10-20 mins a day for the past few months.

Exercise, lots and lots of exercise.
Also eating properly helps A LOT.

The thing is that even if you do a trillion crunches, you wont be able to see the abs as long as you have a layer of fat covering it. So first of all you should loose any fat doing exercise and then/meanwhile to cruches. Good luck!

getting abs is about exercising properly and shedding fat - so how have you got on - I guess as you are posting this maybe your regime is not working - you will have abs every one does - but just nor developed or nor showing.

also muscle and phisique is genetic to a point - I and my brothers all work out
gym swim etc so we all have abs - and are well muscled.

just lose weight and and do 10 sit ups every morning or try to get as skinny as possible and they will appear naturally

Play a sport. I play soccer and it really helped me get fit. Since I do soccer alot I have a six pack I mean its noticeable when not flexed but its light.when I flex it gets much more seen. Playing a sport will help, let alone running. Good luck!

Some primary and simple workouts for 6 package abs are leg raises, the cedar, and the crisis, Implement cool lotion 15 moments before going to bed, Rest for at least 8 time in a day....

You probably got abs. You just need to work off the fat covering it with cardio.

To get a six pack showing you need to have a low <6% body fat so that the muscle will show. For this reason diet is the most important point and you could have abs of steel but the 6 pack won't show if you don't control calories and nutrients.

Except the % of bodyfat varies person to person based on their body type and so on... From about 14%~ and downwards.
