Just to add, you can't report posts any faster than every 30 seconds.

You'd be surprised. Sometimes people post in old threads which get reported and locked, sometimes people are rude sometimes, there are tons of reasons to report a post, it has nothing to do with being nice or not. Bumping, spam, posting in wrong sections, you'd be surprised.

Well, you might report a double post or a thread placed in the wrong section. Its not always someone acting stupid.
