Why do you want an STI test?
Regardless of the reason, you may have to be over 16 to receive one. I know that here in the UK you have to for many of the tests, such as Chlamydia. You could ask your parents or an older friend to get you a kit for ones that are self-diagnosable. You may want to talk to your GP about your sex life and why you think you may have an STI.

A your school dont they havew a nurse thatnhas all that information?
Make an appointment to see your doctor. Say its because you feel sharp pains in your testicals.
When you see the doctor alone, tell him you made that up. Say you want to take an sti test. He'll tell you where to go to get one

I don't think you should lie. If you have had sex and think you do have an STD then you definitely need to talk to your parents and get yourself to a doctor. But you really should talk to a doctor.

Um no I actually haven't had sex yet. But EvaLynn the thread I posted you may remember that I said herself and I had some pretty saucy topics..... Well she basically said she would give me a bj if I got tested.... So I was just wondering.... And it's not bad to be prepared and not all sti's are transfered via sexual activity just fyi

Actually, I'm pretty sure all STIs are transmitted via sexual activity. SEXUALLY TRANSMITTED Infection.

I did this during school. Just like hepatitis B can be transfered by tattoos and needles. :P

Yes, it can, but then it's not technically a STI in that case, since it wasn't Sexually Transmitted...
Also, that's an old article, it refers to STIs as STDs. There's a difference.

Yes but if you receive a disease/infection by non-sexual means but could pass it on by sexual contact it would be an STI/STD to the receiving party

It doesn't matter... what I'm trying to say it... theres a possibility I have hepatitis b cause my brother may have had it. When I first started to shave I used his razor. And plus people are trying to change std's to sti. It can be offensive to some people

When you go for a doctor visit, just ask. They won't judge and by law they can't tell your parents (at least where i live). They might give you a lecture on why you shouldn't have sex, but thats the extent of it.

If you go to the local teen health center like they do here in boston, i'm not sure if they do in wherever you are living, it's completely confidential, and they won't even telly our parents without your consent. It's free.
