This is really awkward to ask, but: Are you supposed to wear underwear with compression shorts? lol

I don't wear underwear under them. I've seen someone at does and it just looks like it has to feel awkward.

I run in compression shorts and I do not wear any under them. I tried it once and it just made me very sweaty. (I would only wear underwear under them during the winter)

I prefer compression shorts with nothing underneath them. Of course I usually wear short's or a singlet or something else over them so I treat them as underware
