copression shorts

i like copression shorts for running, and dont like to put some pants on that, but i really dont know if i suppose to use some underwear under my copression shorts.....how u use it for running ? wearing something more under, or over compression shorts ? thx for answers..

When ever i go running i wear compression shorts and then wear these short running shorts over them. Since the shorts are short you can still see my compression shorts.

When I go to my athletics I wear boxers, compression shorts then shorts over them :P

connor: really ? i cant imagine that how you feel in it, and how can you run....

i mean that type of compression shorts, what is not like underwear /under armour/ that type which athlets use on the top......if they use some underwear....

This is how I did it for track. I just wore my compression shorts over my boxers and then put my uniform over top of them. Everyone did, in fact.
