hi, i am just looking for some advice about compression shorts. so my question is...i do some running, usually more than 5 miles, i am preparing for my first half marathon this year....and i just dont know what to wear....i like compression shorts, but i really dont know, if i suppose to use some underwear, or just without ? what you are wearing for running...thx

Implement an assortment of turmeric extract powdered and blueberry juice on under eye sectors,
Apply cold cream 15 minutes before going to bed, Sleep for at least 8 hours in a day.....

Ignore that, due to the fact I have no idea what the hell he's talking about.

I tend to wear compression shorts whenever I wear shorts generally. If you're doing any hard running, they're great to have. Also, maybe get some chaffing cream, in case you begin to chafe while running, which happens when you run long distances. Hope that helps. PM me if there is any other questions you have.

I usually put on pressure bermuda whenever I use bermuda usually. If you're doing any difficult operating, they're great to have. Also, maybe get some chaffing lotion, in situation you start to chafe while operating, which happens when you run lengthy ranges. Wish that allows.

I personally wear compression shorts with shorts over them whenever I run, but just go by whatever feels more comfortable. If you have Any problems with chafing, try Bodyglide or a similar product.
