Calm down, the key to losing weight is your diet and exercise, first of all what are you eating on a regular basis? and do you do any exercise at the moment?

Hey pal, calm down you won't die. I'm kinda in your category.
First of all, DO NOT STOP EATING! That might be one of the worst possible things.
Try to even out your meals, maybe 5 small meals a day, like maybe 1500 to 2000 calories. This will make you feel fuller than you do eating 3 big meals with 1800+ cals.
If you are unable to run, that is one thing.
But if you are too embarassed to run, I got some good advice. First of all, start running 10 minutes a day everyday at NIGHT when no one can see you. If you have an I-Pod, it will be even easier. You don't have to run 10 minutes at one time, run as much as you can, rest, repeat, repeat. Gradually increase the time you run per month/week.
Try to resist eating on impulses or desires. Only eat if you are hungry or need to eat.
Ok, this probably makes me sound like a broken record, but eat more fruits and veggies. Seriously. Instead of eating potato chips/cheetos/etc., try an apple or your favorite fruit/vegetable. Bag carrots with dip for a snack at school/work. But avoid pastas, potatoes, rice, white bread, etc.
Hope this helps.

Make an appointment with a nutritionalist, talk to your family doctor and I suggest you try and talk to your parents about a personal trainer, this is a daunting task that doesn't mean it isn't do able but you should look for help wherever you can
It wont hurt
Are you healthy otherwise? do you have diabetes? thyroid problems? etc..

I have thyroids, but Im not that fat, I've just worked hard to lose weight.
One thing is (I know, ppl always say it) Fruits and veggies! Well...I have this thing against tomatoes.....yuck.....But I eat almost every other fruit and veggie there is, and if you dont really like fruits and veggies alone, put them into soups, drinks ect. One thing i do with bananas is put them in to pancakes :P TT.TT sadly...its very hard for me to lose weight....*throws scale out the window* LIES!!!! X3, dont worry too much about your wieght, people who make fun of you are asses who dont deserve to be your friend ^^ find a sport you think you would enjoy, for example, swimming isnt really that hard to do, and dont worry about the bathing suit thing, forget what other people think and have some fun!!

Loosing weight in a healthy manor will take time. So, calm down, and take it easy. It will work, if you dont rush it.

Talk to your doctor to start, find a nutritionist and go from there. That's probably your safest route.

I have the same problem with weight.
It's difficult for me to lose because of my meds,
But at the start of the year I was 272,
But I've lost and I'm down to 255 now and going strong = )
What I've been doing:
1) Learning and playing sports outside of school with friends
- Example: I play tennis, badminton and racket ball
2) Drink more water and plain caffine-free tea, no sugary drinks.
3) Portion out nutritional meals, and eat more in the morning, less in the evening
4) If you need a snack, have an apple or some other fruit or vegetable.
5) Getting up earlier and excercise before school or work
6) NEVER have a day when you can have whatever you want, it makes you more prone to get back into being unhealthy.
7) Most Importantly: Get the support of your family and friends.
-This is what helps me the most = )
Hope I could help!
Feel free to PM me for support, questions or anything else!
