No. You need a prescription. But where I live doctors give them to teens without telling the parents.

I went to my doctor for my birth control pills. I think that's the only way you can get them

For my age group we pay 10 bucks for them. Or they can be free, depending.

If ur talking about birth control pills I believe a doctor must prescribe them to the girl. Atleast the girls I have been with had to.
Is your g/f wanting to get on them?

Rob what you might wanna do is check with maybe a free family planning clinic and see if she can get prescribed birth control thru them. It won't hurt to ask and with dr patient privilege they can't tell her parents. I don't know how Minnesota is with prescribing bc and informing parents but atleast look into it.
Birth control is def the best way to go .. I'm glad my girl is on it as much as we have been doing it lately...it makes me feel we're more protected.

I never thought of that. Thanks, man. I will feel a lot safer too. It also won't bust my bank either!! Condoms are expensive.

That privacy thing is very important due to the fact that I'd rather not get my girlfriends dad's size 12 up my ass... He's a bodybuilder.

Lol I kinda figured that. My g/f parents don't know she's sexually active (she's on the pill to regulate her period or something idk) They are very conservative and would really freak if they knew, especially if they knew we were t using condoms :o. So we have to sneak around which is getting harder to do cuz she wants to do it a lot lately.
Hopefully she can get it prescribed without having to let her parents know

What do you mean by anti-pregnancy?
If you mean birth control, I think it just depends on the State. Don't hold me to that, but in Arkansas, I mean, I have to go to the Gyno and all that, but it isn't necessarily a "Prescription"
If you mean the Morning After pill, No you do not need a prescription, but there is an age restriction. Again, that may just be Arkansas.
If you mean an abortion pill, which I'm going to guess you don't, you have to take it at the clinic you go to. It isn't a prescription either.

Morning After Pill, for a time, and I think presently is still no prescription. Although Obama was pushing for an age limit, which pissed some people off. Not sure if that passed or not.

Unless it has changed, it may be available over the counter for adults and require a prescription for girls under 17. I think the law you reference was the result of a lawsuit which would require it to be available to females of child bearing age without a prescription. But again, another party wanted to or was able to change the age of prescription from under 17 to under 15.
