don't pull down ur foreskin don't masturbate or have sex and let it heel if it doesn't go to docs This may be difficult but if u cant resist masturbating do it slowly and don't pull the foreskin right down

Unless its serious, it will heal over time; but you gotta stay away from sex and masturbation for a good few weeks or so :/

let it heal completely or you will tear something again.
when you can resume having sex again, try use some lube so the skin is not dry and it slides better ;-)

I would see your doctor about it. There are creams he or she can prescribe. More invasive options such as frenuloplasty where they surgically lengthen it may be an option as well as full circumcision if that is something you really want. I've suffered from this as well and although it never bled, it was incredibly painful. After trying the creams and discussing with a few doctors I am getting circumcised in a week. This obviously is not the same case for everyone but you don't need to tolerate painful sexual activity.

Don't do anything to it, I would suggest seeing a doctor.

Ya the other person was right, there was another post similar to this. I've wondered if that could ever happen and I guess it can. It's sorta scary to think about.
I'd let it alone for a few days or more until it heals. If like after a week I'd go to see the doctor.
