I don't agree with you Calum, because everyone start puberty at different times and progresses through it in different stages. It is possible for him to have that size penis at 13, though it is perfectly mortal for him to be smaller aswell.

You're completely normal. It's likely that your friends are lying (not that they are)-it is possible to be that size although those who do probably started puberty early and won't grow as much as you will. In the end though you'll all end up about the same size. At 13 I was only about 5", and now almost 3 years later I'm 8".

I know someone older who is even smaller (and still speaks like a girl) he has just started puberty so give it time

at 13 there is not really a normal size, it depends what stage of puberty you are in, at 13 mine was about 4"... it is also quite possible your friends are lying

Everyone develops at different speeds. Your friend was most likely an early bloomer like one of my friends was. He was already 6" at 12 so chill out, you have tons of time to grow.
