Most guys lie about their penis sizes, but some people could just be big. Or you could possibly just be blooming late. Puberty starts at different points of lives for different guys. It usually ranges from 9 to 14*(Not sure?).

6 Inches is average, they are not telling lies. Penis sizes varies between people, and depending on age and how far one is into puberty, someone's penis can be larger than someone else's penis.

To OP, most guys usually lie about their size, but 6" is average adult size so they could be telling the truth, people develop and grow at different rates, you're just a late bloomer don't worry.

A Lot of guys will lie about their size, some will be telling the truth, don't worry about what size you are, chances are you have a lot of time to grow, and it really doesn't make a difference anyway.

They could be lying or telling the truth. 6 inches seems to be a pretty comfortable standard, but it's also a really common size too. So really, it's hard to tell. At 15? There's no such thing as average. There's a huge spectrum of sizes, varying from 2 inches to 8 inches, it's kind of ridiculous. You may be blooming a little late if you're less than 3 inches, but are you measuring when you're erect? Because that sounds a little more like the size of someone flacid.
