3. if she feels the same way then ask her if it would ruin your friendship

Yer i would just ask her out. If she says no i no its harsh but you will just have to move on. Try asking her to go to the cinema or for a meal first and pay her lots of complements and not just calling her hot!! Give it a go and see what happens.
