No not really you will grow when i was 14 i was about 4.5 inches then i grew pretty quickly to 7 inches you might do the same and i have a friend who is 4 inches and he is also 15 years old :)

About one and a half years it may not happen for you but it will happen naturally at some point have you compared with your friends they might be the same ( they may lye and say thay are 9 inches long they wont be) email me if you wNt to talk or ask anything

The way its been explained to me is that there aren't even averages for boys in puberty because there are so many variables that's it is really meaningless. Just look at it like this: average for an adult is like 5-7 inches. You're only 15 and are nearly 5 inches with quite a few years left to grow, so don't worry dude, you're fine.

I'm 15 and 7 inches but no I wouldn't say you are, I haven't seem the boys in my PE class nude but from the rest of their body I can tell I'm more developed than they are

No, I am 18 and im only 4.5 inches..... It is still growing until your early 20s so you should be okay.

You are average, don't worry. People lie on the internet, or read from the wrong end of the ruler in some cases :)
