ah, love. this sounds horrible. do you have something that's triggering those emotions in you? like, when you see someone who has been hurting you or when you simply experience something unpleasant? because, if that's the case, change is on its way. our lifes change all the time and it's gonna come to an end, no matter how long it's been there.
BUT if you feel like this for no reason, then you should get some help! and if you feel like your therapist is not helping/understanding you(since u said u're taking meds, i believe that's the case), you should just change him/her. there are no good or bad therapists, some understand you and some don't. it's not your fault, not theirs. that's how it is. and you should find someone who understands and you know that they at least have a clue of what you're going through in that exact moment.

btw, if you need to talk, you can message me. i'd love to talk to you xoxo

I'm sorry hun and I can kind of relate to this. Do you know if there's a trigger to these actions? I know typically when there's a trigger you should try taking it out of the situation to the best of your ability. If its someone specific then try avoiding them, if its thoughts then try distracting yourself whether you talk to someone, draw, write, sing, etc. distractions are usually a good way to avoid hurting yourself. If you have someone you trust and they know what you're going through try giving them a call, me and my friends do this with eachother. Also if your medication is making it worse it might not be right for you specifically which happens with people all the time. Talk to your councilor or doctor about this so that it may be taken care of. Also make sure your therapist is the right one for you because you should be able to have communication between you two and this is the only way it'll help.
Also if you ever need someone to talk to I'm always here and I'll listen

When you are depressed try to keep self control and think on the bright side. Try to refrain from any violence done to yourself or others. If you strongly feel the need to cut and about to then get a rubber band and snap it. Don't too this to much as it can be reversing your help. Try to get a counselor to help or maybe tell a close family member. A friend can do wonders as long as he/she can be there for you.
