What stage of puberty do you have a growth spurt?

I'm 13 and I haven't had a major growth spurt yet. I'm still in Stage 2. When will my first growth spurt happen?

It seems as if 13 year olds expect everything in puberty to happen in like a week or a year. We all mature at different rates. I had my growth spurt when I was around 15.

Growing body hair, and growing in itself will take years to happen. Not a week, month, or even year. I'm 18 and I still don't have much facial hair.
