At first, a few fingers. Then, my whole hand. Up and down. xD

Yes, there are others, and there are sites dedicated to techniques (not sure if I'm allowed to link to them, but I'm sure you'll be able to Google for them). And I'm sure techniques vary, depending on whether the person is circumcised or not...

Hardly judging your IQ. Saying "just my hand" is kinda... obvious, as I'd say that's the way 99% of people would do it, if they were to do it (unless they use a pillow or something. o_O).

Just a word of warning,
