Feeling lonely

I always feel lonely. I mean, I have great friends like Lily, Rachel, Emma and Ev, but I still feel alone. I'm going to come out in school and that will test my friendships, and will have the world against me. I'm scared, and I'm alone. No one knows what I'm going through.
