Hi,guys!

I'm 13 and I am about 65 kg weigh and 173 cm tall. I want to become fit. I practice basketball 2 times a week and I get really sweaty after training. What should I eat before and after it? But,I think it's not enough. I am about this fat(maybe,a little bit thinner) and this isn't my pic, I found it online.

I want to get abs and bigger biceps. My mission is to be like this guy.

Now, my problem is that I don't know if I am old enough for gym. I've got some weights at home. Can you tell me some excercises that I can do at my home? Perhaps, how many push-ups for a day? I will be grateful if you help me!

you are not fat, i'm 177 and 96 kg, been 85 kg but after the winter i litteraly had no work and my gym closed... and i love to eat :)
I was pretty good in workout, not body building style but i knew to perform exercises properly :)
and that is an important thing in weight lifting, better take less weights but make a good muscle flex then taking a lot of weights and potentialy injure yourself....
you are stil young and i would recommend waiting a year or two before gym...
Now change your diet and do sports, run....
in two years go to a gym and start slow, push your limit with caution, if you get into it try suplements after the first 6 months - 1st year ...
To be like that guy you need alot of dedication and sacrifices :)

sry if my english is not that good, hope i help :)

Weights don't really make you fit. Eat a diet high on protein and carbs, take multi vitamin tablets if you want.
Every couple of days go on a 1mile + run or do interval training so you jog for 50 metres, sprint about 20-50m jog for 50m then sprint again. The interval would be better for basket ball as basket ball is an explosive sport.

Eat less junk food and just run a bit every day, up and down stairs, from class to class.

Do a little strength but the main thing for weight loss is running, swimming etc

Yep, like everyone saying, eat healthy! If you do that first, you'll see yourself slimming down. And for workouts your age, just do pushups and crunches! Those are very affective! And then when you're a little bit older you could go to the gym and workout there. But it's dedication that will make you succeed.

I think you don't have to look the others. Just focus on your training. Lots of cardio, whole body exercises and rest! :)
