Abnormal Pubic Hair for a 13yo?

Just wondering, when you were 13 did you have this?:

Budding hairs of my testicles (balls) dark, black pubic hair all round the top of my penis and hair in my anus!

Is this normal? When my friend compared with me he only had a little.

Its really all genetics and ho far you are into puberty - although pubic hair or lack off is no real indicator - depends on ethnicity etc.

I shave - is that something to consider -
