By pull them back, how far do you mean. The ore skin is designed to only retract over the head, because that's all that's nessasary. Or do you mean pull it back until the foreskin lays flat again the penis?

I thought all the first world countries did circumcisions right after birth. I've never seen a foreskin in person.

No hahahaha, pretty much all of Europe, Asia, south America and all of Australasia don't get cut. Really, only Americans are the only large first world country that does it. And even thoses numbers are decreasing

Uncut and loose skin. Slides back over the head completely with no problem. Sometimes slides back on its own when hard. Love it.

Average age of retraction is around 10, and can be even as late as 18. Give it time, but be gentle when you wank. Enough manipulation can loosen it up! :)
