Hi, wanted to ask this:
Im 13 and reeeeely skinny. we're talkin skeletal here people!
i wanted to know is there a way to bulk up quikly? i know i need to excersise but i have nothing to work with actually on ma body!!!:confused::eek:

Well you should get some exercise. Do like a certain number of jumping jacks or push ups a day and increase the number when you think it should be increased,
Start with about 10 or 15 each and raise it like ever other week.

You could lift weights at a gym.

Yeah that would be a good idea but one point of advice when your doing that make sure it's not a huge amount of weight you could pull something so take it easy like do only about 10 pounds.
When you get older than you can increase it.

dont worry. The same thing happened to me. Your body should bulk up later on in puberty. Everything goes to height before width so just give it time. If you feel that you need to add muscle bulk then work out an average amount. Dont over do it cause you can harm your body if you lift to much or run too long and so on.

you could drink protein shakes before you go to bed to bulk up.

Well pay attention to what you eat. try to eat more carbs and proteins. and if you are vegetarian or just need more protein there is stuff called whey protein idk if they have the store GNC in england but thats a place you could buy it.

if your really desperate, theres drinks and pills but otherwise just wait it out
