Putting my cat down.

So, I gotta put my cat down tommorow. It's bothering me like hell, I just can't decide wether to go and watch her die, or stay home and pretend it never happened. I wish this damn thing didn't have to happen but I don't have a say in it. I would go, but the thoughts of my own most loved animal being put down right infront of my fucking eyes is just wrong for me. What the hell do I do? I feel I might regret it, but I don't want to go.

What are you putting her down for?

If she's being killed in a humane way, you should go, and maybe look away if it happens. Or you should see her one last time before she goes. I know it can be a really hard thing, and I know you shouldn't have to, whatever the reason, but if you stay at home and pretend it never happened, it will come back and haunt you, whereas if you do go, you'll have closure.
