Well, since I figured out that I am adding guys to the list after 17 years of just liking girls. I also thought long and hard on it, figuring out my hormones are not playing a part in this.

How I found out?

I started being attracted to guys, and noticing them the same way I did notice girls. Although I think it will be a while before I am at piece with probably having a sexual attraction, I know I have a romantic attraction. Remember, I had an entire life of being disgusted at the thought of being attracted to a guy, and only looking towards spending a future with a girl.

But through the past couple of months I started to notice guys. And it was a little worrying, but I am at peace now with it. But yeah, I feel a little better knowing who I really am. I just need to watch who I tell coz I won't hear the end of it if I tell some people. (jokes, insults, praying, and Oh god, lots)

Well good for you. I've started ... "appreciating" guys too.

The important thing is that you respect and appreciate yourself. It won't matter what others think; in the end, the only person's opinion that should truly matter is your own.

Your example is stupid. Putting yourself down to amuse others isn't a solution. For instance if I were to joke about eating fried chicken for example, the people already making jokes won't stop. They would think it's ok to make more jokes

most people see that you are making jokes so they stop because it doesn't offend you
