So I'm a guy and I want to die my hair which is dirty blond/light brown a bit lighter and I want to do so in a way that nobody will notice immediately. (I want it to get slowly blonder over the summer)

Stay out in the sun a lot, that's the only way to do it gradually. Maybe there's hair products that lighten your hair. But when it comes to bleach/dye, those are immediate.

Use oxygenated water and put it on your hair, it actually gets a nice blonde color!

By staying out in the summer, your hairs will be alright but your skin will be tanned. SO according to me there are Blonder Lightening Shampoo available and you must go for it.

I was going to say about the sun.
My hair swings from brown to light blonde, as it changes in the summer.
