i am very hairy and 14 yrs old, starting to get a lot of hair on my armpits (im gay) and a little above my mouth, and I am a late bloomer (needed to get that off my chest):yeah:

There isn't a certain time through puberty when your penis could grow obvously,your other parts of your body are growing much faster than your penis.

So,it could be anytime in the next few years that you penis will get bigger but eventually it will.
