Are you transgender? If so, do you need advice on transitioning?
Periods suck and, if you've got a big chest, running can be uncomfortable. All the pressure to be pretty and hot and have a good body and live up to society's standards isn't that fun either - hence feminism, for example, although that's a really simplified and generalized statement so don't quote me on that. There's also frequent warnings about getting raped. I still prefer being a girl, though. I like the idea that I can get pregnant and have a life growing inside me when I get older, and generally, I just feel more comfortable being female than male. If you think you're transgender, it's not about how many advantages are there to being a girl vs. being a boy, it's about what you feel comfortable as.

Why would you want to be a girl? Being a guy is great. Would you wanna be pregnant and carry around a human for 9 months? And the pain you get. Period are not a ls fun either they get little cranky and cramped. Breasts to lug u down. And expected to be high maintenance and be beautifal. Trust me man being a girl would not be fun. Btw I love girls

If you did become a "woman" you would just feel like a weaker man.
Depending on how far you want to go with treatment and decide to get a neo-vagina constructed it would never be the same. You wouldn't be able to be pregnant, have periods or PMS because their would be no uterus in you. About the genital, it would probably be better if you stayed having a penis, but if you did get a neo-vagina constructed, it wouldn't have the same characteristics. Such as self lubricating, it wouldn't be able to stretch like a girls vagina either. Not to mention the breasts, they won't be able to produce milk at all, a lot hormones will be absent like progesterone and luteinizing hormone etc...
Just stay a man. Hopefully this is just a phase you're going through.

First, not all women get raped and Second, men get raped too.

This seems like it will be an interesting discussion. I'd like to hear what Darthdev13 thinks about some of the advice that has come up here.

Pretty sure women get raped a lot more than men do, if a woman wanted to have sex she could just go to a club and get it in the first 10 minutes.

There are many great things about being female :)
but there are also a lot of things that arnt :(
1. guys don't need to wear shirts
2. guys don't get periods
3. guys don't need to get bras
4. guys don't need to buy makeup
5. you can go out with out brushing your hair and still be considered not to shabby :P
this may be a stage you go through or it may be a life decision but life is more about who you are than what "sex" you are

I didn't SAY that both sexes got raped equally, I was just saying that men do get raped. I never put numbers to it.

Men report it less but true
That's not women who get sex in 10 seconds, that's sluts

If you have the desire to be a girl -- consider seeing a therapist who is LGBT friendly who can help you with your decision and answer any questions you have. Though -- it may be something you want to wait until you're an adult as I doubt your parents would pay for or even accept.
I may be naïve but I was under the interpretation that a sex change gives you the features [body parts] to be the new gender but you don't have all of the functions of the body parts. I don't think girl-guy surgery allows him to produce sperm and be a father as I suspect a guy-girl surgery won't her to have periods.
If you become a female you:
*Won't have to worry about a beard or mustache
*Won't have to worry about getting an erection at bad times
*May want to wear makeup and eyeliner
*Will have to buy bras
*Can wear dresses and other girl clothes
*No need to dress up and wear tuxes and ties
*May have to maintain your hair more
*May not get chest hair
*Can shave your legs
*Your chest will need to be covered up

Actually hormonal supplements can be taken to cause production of breastmilk and/or breast growth.
I looked this up for my eperiment to see if I could make myself produce breastmilk (Don't ask.)

If it's what you want to do, then go for it. But, be prepared to get mocked a lot. I respect transgenders, but it is true that they get a lot of hate because of it. You'll have to be prepared to deal with that the rest of your life :/
