I mean, I thought questions there would be actually about puberty. Like WHY is this (eg. why do women have periods), or HOW can you do this (eg. how can you stop having random erections), or WHEN will this (eg. when will my breasts stop growing), or WHAT is this (eg. what is this discharge), etc. Or asking for advice relating to puberty. It seems like all P101 is is about porn, sex, masturbation, surveys about it, and how to avoid getting caught doing it. Is that what P101 is supposed to be?

From my not-so-official point of view:
Puberty of course is the biological sexual maturity of our bodies. Therefore, periods, nocturnal erections, discharges, what have you are clearly part of the discussion. They aren't terribly common questions mostly because most of the questions you mentioned and ones similar to them can be answered on WebMD or a variety of sites.
What makes P101 seemingly so sex-centered is the fact that puberty is also a stage in our lives where we encounter sexuality, arousal and other people's sexuality too. Therefore P101 caters to questions that have to do with puberty as a stage, not just as a biological process. People don't always have the resources to assure themselves of say their penis size, masturbation habits, etc. We have a large preoccupation of being "normal". P101 is a unique place in which people can come to ask the questions they can't ask to people in their real lives. Therefore, it's open to whatever people want to ask about (which they can't find elsewhere) away from the denouncing eyes of adults. Since questions of biology are answered elsewhere, that leaves us with porn, masturbation and sexual discovery. Welcome to P101.
