How should i cheer up my friend

So my school had a field trip and I was sharing a tent with one of my friends.
So generally I talk to him because my life is hard and he helps me out with my problems. (Low self confidence mainly).
So we talked and I said "now you can tell me about your problems".
He said he has a very small penis and it bothers him.
I want him to feel better how Should I do this?
PS He's super hot and a really good person.

Tell him it doesn't really matter and that it'll grow in time, which is actually true.
