A friends problem

Hello everyone a friend of mine have a problem and i would like your help on it. He has a crush on a girl and he want to make her his gf and have a nice relationship but the girl tell him that she see him only just a good friend and that she will never date him ( he doesn't give up. He believes that it will change that ). They spent a lot of time together everyday and my friend buy her gifts a lot ( for example he bought i-phone 4 for Christmas ) . The problem is that the girl act kinda weird and i don't see it very friendly from my point of view of course. let me explain you well they sleep together sometimes she change clothes in front of him she let him put sun lotion to her ass and boobs and when my friend talk or kinda look other girl she kinda get mad and do silly things to get his attention back and the most weird thing is that she doing all that while she has a boyfriend :/ and she told me that she have a lot of fight with her bf because of my friend . Well i don't know what to say to my friend but i don't want him to be sad or get his heart broken :/ i like that he is happy while with her and he talk about her to us while he has a silly smile on his face :/.

P.S Our other friend tell him that the girl just using him and make fun of him because he doesn't have experienced in relationships and she is the first girl that showed that she like him kinda :/

Yeah I understand, to be honest if she's doing all this and they're not actually together she seems a bit easy, so he'll just get hurt.
