Completely normal. It's determined by genetics and you get it from your mom and your dad so it's just like having a different hair color than him or something like that.

Of course it's ok. That's your Dad's penis and you have your own penis. You're 2 different men so it's normal to be bigger. I'm bigger than my Dad and we just joke about it all the time. :)
