Have you successfully masturbated and ejaculated before?
If not, one problem that may be occurring is a condition called retrograde ejaculation, where instead of semen being pushed out of the urethra, it gets redirected into your bladder. Your urine would then look cloudy afterwards.
There is treatment to fix this condition such as medications or in extreme cases, surgery.
