OK so I'm having a problem with one of my toes not my foot but still. I'm not thinking serious just wondering what it is.
On the right side you see that lump on my toe. What the fuck is it? I hurts and is annoying as hell. Any ideas to what it is?

nope, it looks infected, id tell ur parents and get the doc to look at it, the big bulge to the right looks like its full of pus, last thing u want to do is pop in a bad manner
and if you see red lines streaking across to from bulge go to the emergency room,

the red lines will mean the infection is going into the blood, aka sepsis,
you could, but i dont recommend it but do compressions on it, google other methods i guess, but your taking a risk
by the way it is NOT a pimple do NOT pop it as if it is one!!!!

but just like thisisben said you will have to get it removed and not by yourself, did you do compressions yet? dip your toe in warm water with epson salt, dont burn yourself,
if you really want to remove it yourself make sure what ever you do is sterile

Yuppers. I call that an ingrown toenail, from my personal completely unprofessional experience.
My history with this leads me to suggest that you should "treat" it by soaking it in warm water with anti-bacterial salts. I wouldn't probably cover it since you kind of want it to dry out.
When I've had experiences like this, the podiatrist locally number my toe, spliced the nail, clamped and twisted out the nail that is growing sideways (because of a bad toenail trim) and then just bandaged it. Not horrible.
If it becomes a chronic problem, there are injections they can do after they correct the infected nail to kill the nail cells in that area so that part of the nail simply doesn't grow back.

I've had this twice over the last few years.
Go to the Doctor they will prescribe some antibiotics, I had flucloxacillin both times. Then you get an appointment to go see a foot specialist where they will cut it out, Do not do it yourself it is very painful and stupid and likely to get more damage than it's worth.
The treatment :
They wrap a rubber band around the base of the toe to restrict the bloodflow
You get local anesthesia in your foot applied by a needle straight into the nerve, this is very very painful but necessary.
They wait for this to numb your toe.
Then they get scissors, force it under your toe all the way to the base and snip.
Get pliers and pull it out.
Then they use Phenol to kill the nail bed not a needle like Atonement says.
Not very painful overall, The needle at the start is the worst then you get given the equipment to keep it clean in the form of Iodine sheets + Dressings or just Dressings.
First time i had to soak in salt water every day before applying the dressing.
Second time (Yesterday i had it done) I was given iodine sheets that help dry out the wound and heal quicker. The longer you leave it the harder it will be.
Also you need to get antibiotics cause if it's still infected they won't work on it.

I had an ingrown nail, I tore it off and made a small wound which got infected. It was not as large as yours. I treated it with 3% hydrogen or something like that (not sure what the English translation is), it was 3% and it was for desinfection. I did not go to the doc since it would be a 2 hour wait to get examined. It is good that you saw a doc, it would probably be hard if not impossible to treat it by yourself.

It is when the infection goes to the nearby blood vessels and that pus starts going through your bloodstream. Amputation is the only cure from that I think. Man up and take the needle. Just relax your muscles, and the needle will go easily through the flesh, without much pain.

Sepsis is a potentially life-threatening complication of an infection. Sepsis occurs when chemicals released into the bloodstream to fight the infection trigger inflammation throughout the body. This inflammation can trigger a cascade of changes that can damage multiple organ systems, causing them to fail.
If sepsis progresses to septic shock, blood pressure drops dramatically, which may lead to death.---MayoClinic
Basically you will start swelling all over your body, get really sick, get really weak, and die,
Infections back in the day killed millions upon millions bc of sepsis
,Like in those movies where a person got injured, worries about getting an infection, couldn't find any antibiotics, died, from sepsis
That being said your infection isn't quite there yet, but u should get it taken care of this weekend,

In Serbia, you do not need your parents to follow you to the doctor, you can go yourself if you are 15 or older. I don't know about the US. How far is the clinic you go to get examined? If by law you cannot go alone, go to your parents and say that the infection is serious, and if it gets worse, they are gonna have to do surgery, and put your life on the line.

There is no minimum age to go see a GP you just need to know your insurance details and your medical file, so your name and address really and they will be able to help you with the rest. The only problem would be travel but there must be a bus service or something that will get you there.
Seriously the quicker you get it checked out the better it will feel. I had mine done 3 days ago and it doesn't hurt at all now, just a little sore around the needle marks. Don't make excuses for not getting your health checked out, if you're in pain go sort it out rather than just sitting around not doing anything about it.

Seems legit. Is there a period of time I'll have to be off that foot or will I be able to walk on it? Well kids I just stuck a needle through the bump..... There is literally nothing there. Its just a lump. That's about it there's not even a nail in other. I just cut the whole side of my nail off and it was what I expected just the little sliver that I could cut off. You know what's this probably from? Its probably from my feet sweating like hell or something like that

Hardly. The sweat can just speed up the infection, not cause it. But why the hell did you put a needke in it? The pus is probably way down, like it was in my case, but it did not get infected that much.

Peroxide won't do shit unless you put Neosporin on it afterward. My advice? Soak with warm water and Epsom salt until you can get an appointment with the doc. Don't do anything else. If you get surgery for it, you'll get a shot in the toe to numb it, brushed with iodine, and they'll rip half you toenail out. They say it hurts more than having a baby, and I can vouch for that (even though I've never experienced childbirth. I'm a guy). Ingrown toenail surgery hurts like a bitch, but it very necessary. Don't go fucking up something permanently by doing yourself, leave it to the professionals. If you already have this solved, then disregard what I just said. Also, after the surgery, you'll want to soak the toe for about two weeks everyday to draw the infection out. I hope this gets better!
