Really the basics are simple.

Eat less junk and less over all 9 but not too fast)

Do some sort of sport.

Gentle jogs are good, upper body cardio.

Best way is to ask your parents to get you someone to train you from a gym, they will know more than any of us about this and how to start.

You got to be determined, otherwise it will fail

I'm also a really picky eater, but there are things that you can eat which are healthy and taste good. What sorts of foods don't you like? Also, do you have any particular liking for certain physical activities?

I really don't like much food, the only foods I do like are the ones that I eat, and thats all just unhealthy food, which I consume regularly, i'm not experimental, I have emetophobia which sort of contributes to not trying new foods because i'm scared that i'll hate the taste and barf. Sports wise, I like football (Soccer) but hardly play, and I like Wrestling, but thats kinda hard to take part in. Im trying out a programme called DDP Yoga, don't know if you've heard of it, but its had amazing results, i'm going to configure a diet that consists of the healthiest foods I can eat and become experimental.

I have emetophobia which kind of plays a role in not trying new meals because i'm terrified that i'll dislike the flavor and barf. Activities sensible, I like soccer (Soccer) but hardly perform, and I like Play fighting, but thats kind of difficult to take aspect in.
