Can't stop.
Seeing a school counselor tomorrow, but I still need all the help I can get.
Ideas?

Well seeing a guidance counselor is a very good first step.he'll be able to figure out why you cut in the first place. as for ideas my first suggestion would have been a guidance counselor so your on the right track.

Have you cut? Stopped? If you have, what'd you do to stop it?
I can't take this anymore.

Listen, I posted to your other thread. I got this one.

I understand you're in a rough spot here, but tomorrow's coming, what you're feeling is temporary. Find something to do short term to get you thru the day. Call a friend, go for a walk, listen to some Mozart. Something to distract you.

There are lots of reasons not to cut, but the best one (other than the obvious that you can really hurt yourself) is that you don't want to distract the meeting tomorrow from your folks fighting to your cutting. Your cutting is the symptom of their problem. You want the counsellor to focus on the problem here, which is them. If you cut alot, everyone will focus on you. You want the focus to be on them.

Go out with a friend, do something else.

Again, thanks.
I guess I'm just... screwed/messed up/f***ed.
I'll relax and stuff.
Anyone have any websites for helping yourself?

not so much for helping yourself.. but a good thing to do to get your mind off of wanting to cut (for me anyways) is to go to addictinggames.com or bigfishgames.com and play a game.

I have not cut but I am quite educated on the subject. the BEST thing you can do for yourself right now is go to a counselor. which is what your doing. Hang in there.

*sigh*. its hard

I belive you, but the longer you keep doing it the harder it is to stop and the worse it gets for you..

Keep going, we all want you to get better but cutting is just a momntary relief that brings alot more pain in the long run..

When I am in the mood to cut, I have to do something with my hands to distract myself, so I play the piano.

:) Thanks

Np.

And replacing something negative with something good, is well good xD..

It's always nice to be able to do something well, and the joy of learning something that interests you is also good.. ( Just some phylosophical ranting )

Last night: day one of not cutting and Mom not yelling.

I'm so hoping I can keep this quitting thing up.
