My eyes -_-

I wear glasses, and the last time I checked, my refraction was
400 (last year) and i use my eyes a lot, computer and reading. Is there a
way to improve my eyes and lower my refraction?

Yeah, go see an eye doctor, not one from Lenscrafter or myeyedoctor, one with an office not linked to a glasses place. He/she will most likely have the answers you seek.
