It should be closed down without a doubt. Nobody should be indefinitely detained without a lawyer or being charged with something.

I think a good majority of criminals there are detained without being charged for anything -- basically under indefinite detention.

Pretty much the prisoners there under that category would either have to be given a lawyer and be charged with something... or they would have to be let go if there's no evidence.

Anyone there currently serving a sentence would be transferred to federal prison.

What should be done. Try them in U.S. courts and send them to federal prisons in the homeland. Is it that hard to figure out?

we should not hold innocent people (that we cannot prove did anything) in jail because it would be politically bad if we let them go and THEN they did stuff. Honestly America is all about innocent til proven guilty right?
