There are a lot of Gypsies here, 90% of them live in cardboard slums, in poverty. While 10% have houses or apartments and live better. They are the ones deported from countries like France an Germany, they were deported to Romania and Bulgaria, and then some got deported to Serbia. Those 90% are unemployed, uneducated and have no citizenship, foreign or Serbian, they do not have it. They have to beg for money, and usually take part in criminal acts, like pickpoketing, mugging and stuff like that. I got mugged by 3 of them last February. The police luckily found them, and I got back all of my belongings. What is the problem? The state can provide education, working places in the public sector for them. Essentially, they can take them off the streets, and asimilate them into the society. But they are not. There are also some who do not want to be in the society. How I would solve this:
Educate them all, forcefully, since elementary school here must be attended, it is regulated by the law. Who wants to continue to high schools and forth, he can, those who does not want to, they have a wide variety of manual labors. Those who refuse to get into the system are to be deported back from where they were deported here.
