I all around girls most of the day and they talk about lady stuff. I feel really awkward when they start talking about their periods. Does this happen to anyone else too?

The closer you are to a girl, the more it happens. My mother, sister, and friends will all complain about this stuff while I'm around. It really doesn't get much less awkward, especially when it's your mom and sister. With my friends I'll ask them to tone it down or change topics, but they won't and I just have to deal with it.

I hate it. Or when they tell me they're going to use the bathroom and then tell me what they did. Worse was talking to a girl on the phone and she took the phone into the bathroom with her and took a leak while talking to me. Instant date killer.

I used to get mad about the period talk. What I would do is talk talk about it too. Ask them stuff like, wow. Oh really? Is the pad absorbing it all? Are you a heavy bleeder? I bet you're bleeding all over the place, huh? I bet it looks like an axe wound. Trust me they'll never bring it up again.

You know what though, girls tend to mention stuff like that around guys they feel comfortable with. So it's kind of a good sign. And saying anything sarcastic is like a huge burn to them. It's like they trusted you, and you slapped them in the face so the better thing to do is be nice about it. Trust me she'll appreciate it. Now I just laugh and say too much information, chicka. And keep it cool.

And girls, we know you read this. It's really not cool when you do it. Do you want us describing the porn we watch?
